Dr. Tammy C. Malloy

Tammy is an LCSW who is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches, Inc., working closely with staff on a supervisory level, as well as patients who suffer from substance dependence, process addictions and mental health issues. Recent studies include training with Dr. Patrick Carnes, Ph.D., where she obtained her certification in sexual addiction. In addition to being a chief clinical officer, Tammy is executive director of research where she conducts internal studies, with her research team, and external studies with two professors at Florida Atlantic University. Tammy has also been featured on the Anderson Cooper Show, as an expert in the field, to assist in a live intervention as well as live radio shows that focus on addiction. Tammy and her team present across the country on a range of research topics, most recently regarding the impact of spirituality, religiosity and attachment styles on axes I and II disorders in the treatment of addiction. Tammy is currently enrolled at Barry University to obtain her Ph.D. in Social Work.
